Introduction

Al Nazaha Association maintains the Al Nazaha Association Website (“Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Al Nazaha Association privacy policy and to follow these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. Al Nazaha Association reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically for updates. If you violate these Terms and Conditions, Al Nazaha Association may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these Terms and Conditions. Al Nazaha Association may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time. Al Nazaha Association may also, without notice or liability, impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or portions of the Site. You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, if any, provided to you in order to access the Site. Except as provided in the Terms and Conditions, you shall have no right to directly or indirectly own, use, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve, or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit the Site or any of its contents (including software) in whole or in part.

Site Operation

The United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Al Nazaha Association controls this Site from the U.A.E. Al Nazaha Association makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use or export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

Applicable Law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and these Terms and Conditions, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Multi-Currency Priced Transaction

The displayed price and currency selected by you will be the same price and currency charged to your card and printed on the transaction receipt.

Purchases

Al Nazaha Association accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Refund

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted before the service has been used or accessed. Requests made after the service has been utilized will not be eligible for a refund.
• Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used for the purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

• Please note that this refund policy applies only to transactions made through our website and using our payment gateway.

Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your service order. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity on the process and conditions for cancellation:

1. Notification Period: Customers can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made outside of this time frame may not be eligible for cancellation.
2. Conditions for Cancellation:
   • Unused Services: Cancellation requests will only be considered if the service has not been accessed, used, or consumed. Once the service has been utilized, cancellation is not permitted.
   • Eligible Services: Certain services may have specific cancellation policies. Please refer to the service-specific terms for more details.
   • Special Circumstances: In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, unforeseen events), please contact our customer service team for special consideration.
3. Cancellation Process:

   • Our team will review your request and inform you of the next steps. If eligible, the service will be canceled, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.
4. Refunds: Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank’s processing times.

OFAC Sanctioned Countries

Al Nazaha Association will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by or acting for or on behalf of OFAC-targeted countries and individuals, groups, and entities such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific.

Representations by You

By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant, and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to Al Nazaha Association through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate, or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secrets, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

License Granted to You

By providing materials to Al Nazaha Association, including by submitting or uploading content or materials for use on the Site, you represent and warrant that you or the owner of all rights to such content or materials has expressly granted Al Nazaha Association an irrevocable, world-wide right in all languages and in perpetuity to use and exploit all or any part of the content and materials provided by you.
